Bolanle, do you remember her? In case you don't, she is the enstranged wife of the deposed Deji of Akure, Oba Oluwadare Adesina. She was assaulted by the monarch in her home in Akure. This incident prompted the government of Ondo State under the leadership Dr Olusegun Mimiko to depose him forthwith.
According to reports, Bolanle died today at St. Mary's Specialist Hospital, Ojodu, Lagos at 4.45am. She was 35. The cause of her death is still under wraps as the result of the autopsy conducted on her was still being awaited. According to her brother however, Bolanle has been undergoing treatment for a kidney related ailment for sometime.
